Professional Communication Lab :
Effe.ctive communication is the most sought-after skill in today’s corporate world. To facilitate development of communication skills, the language lab is equipped with the latest technology-software· for digitalmultimedia language learning.
It has 30 terminals with one server. The instructor can interact with all the • thirty students individually and collectively via the server. The purpose of the lab is to encourage active involvement of students in optimum improvement of their English language & communication.
Computer Center :
The Institute believes in the use of information technology in all the spheres of its activities in line with current trends. To facilitate this, the computer center is well equipped with more than 400 PCs,application software, system software, lease line & Wi-Fi,providing multi-user environment on Windows platform to meet both present and future needs. The Institute provides the computer lab facilities 1:1 computer- student ratio.
The students are connected to the internet (24*7) through a high- speed lease line connection that allows for seamless and uninterrupted connectivity to the World Wide Web. Internet and Intranet enable on-line interactions between faculty and student
Class Rooms:
Spacious classrooms are essential to support a sound process of teaching and learning and to provide a conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused lectures. Two fully air-conditioned Seminar Halls with 150 seating capacity each, are well equipped with all modern audio visual aids to provide quality ambience for different academic events. An auditorium with a seating capacity of 800 is suitable for
conferences, corporate presentations and cultural activities.

Along with the classroom teaching for imparting theoretical & conceptual Knowledge, group learning through different techniques via, discussions/debates, role- plays, project work, case studies, corporate training, presentations etc. also enhances the skills of communication, leadership, logical analysis etc. of the students.

Orientation and Counselling :
A group of 15 students are counseled and guided by a faculty member for the entire duration of thecourse.The counselor regularly corresponds with parents appraising the progress of their wards. Easy access to the faculty is the norm. Faculty is available for chamber consultation, where individual student goes beyond the classroom teachingand understands the concepts at his/her own learning pace.
Scholarships :
Scholarships have been initiated to encourage and acknowledge the talents of meritorious students. Scholarships are awarded in recognition of achievements in areas of relevanceto the study program. Final decision of granting Scholarships is with the scholarships Committee.
These Scholarships do not include refundable security deposit, boarding and lodging cost, and cost of transport. The society has decided to give scholarships to toppers of under-graduate & diploma courses. The society has also decided that 5% seats are reserved for economically weak & meritorious students. This scholarship (tuition fee) will be decided after conducting competitive examination by the Institute. The scholarship seats are limited and in absence of relevant documents application will not be conidered.
Transportation Facility :
To ferry the students and staff from the city and surrounding areas, a fleet of buses of the Institute runs at a highly subsidized rate.
Maintain discipline so that drivers attention is notdistracted. Treat bus driverand cleaner with courtesy.Unrulybehavior,shriekingandshoutingisstrictlyprohibited. Objects of any kind are prohibited to be thrown inside or outside the bus.
Medical Facility :
College provides medical facility to the staff and students. College has doctor who looks after the health of staff , their family members and the students. First aid boxes are available in the hostels, buses, mechanical workshop and the office of the college.
Hostel Facility :
The Institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. A loving and caring system in place ensures that you feel at home. The rooms are fully furnished including beds, study- furniture’s and cup- boards. The cooling system are in place and in winters ,the geysers serve hot water.
Ragging is a cognizable offence, punishable under the law and is strictly banned. Any student involved
in any kind of ragging will be liable for immediateexpulsion from the hostel/college.
Possession of fire arms, daggers, cycle chains, rods, iron rods or any other kind of weapons are strictly prohibited (Arms Acts.). Hostel inmates found in possession of the above will be handed over to the police or expelled from hostel immediately. No inquiry into the matter shall be required.
Induction Program :
Theory and practice go concurrently; hence, the Institute strives to achieve aood balance between academics and extra-curricular activities. The students utilize heir energy for diverse activities such as organizing seminars , publishing in-house rnagazines and organizing expert/guest lectures .
B. Tech and Diploma are multi-disciplinary, cross- functional programmes. To
orient the students according to the academic need of these rigorous programmes, the Institute organizes one-day long induction programme for the new entrants. The students are introduced to all the departments of learning, all infrastructural facilities and to all the faculty members fo11owed by an introduction- session and cultural
program.
Sports Facility:
Whether one seeks the thrill of competition or the desire for body fitness, ITM provides a wealth of opportunities that will demand commitment, dedication and skill development. One can achieve national recognition through intercollegiate fixtures, participate in a recreational sport for the first time, or take one of many physical
education courses. Involvement at any level is encouraged. All sporting facilities are regularly available for every use, accommodating students who enjoy structured participation and those who find a program of recreation and exercise most beneficial. The sporting and leisure facilities on campus are extensive. Sporting facilities include Cricket, Hockey, Soccer, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Badminton, Tennis and Table Tennis. An athletics track as well as a multipurpose sports arena and facilities for other indoor games add to students sports. Every year the Institute organizes various intra and inter college competitions and tournaments in all games and sports activities.
These include Athletics Track and Field events such as races, long/ high jumps, short-put, javelin throw, discus throw etc. and football, volley-ball, cricket matches and chess and carom contests. Those who excel in sports activities are given various awards, prizes, models and certificates
Mess Facility :
Mess facility is provided by the management. Menu is as per the decision of the students .It is ascertained that hygienically cooked food is served to the students under clean environment.
The facilities are caring to create a sense of camaraderie and fraternity amongst the students. The meals provided in the mess are wholesome and nourishing. The menus are planned under strict guidelines to suit the vegetarian taste and meet nutritional requirements. The mess serves breakfast, lunch, eve-tea, and dinner. Drinking water provided is aqua purified and cooled.
The Institute has an extremely well-kept canteen. It caters to the students taste bud and is a great place to unwind in between the hectic lecture-lab schedules.
The way to the canteen is refreshingly beautiful and the atmosphere inside it is heart-warming and relaxing. The rich and varied fare it offers ranges from quick, crisp anytime-snacks, hot and cold beverages to sumptuous meals. And all this is available at very reasonable, in fact, appetizing rates.
